The thesis
Coordination is the value layer.
Roughly half of the United States is forecast to face power supply shortfalls over the next decade. Distributed energy resources, residential batteries, smart thermostats, water heaters, and electric vehicles, represent a vast underutilized reserve. 40–60% of the value behind every meter remains suppressed because these resources are managed in isolation.
Coordination is the layer that closes the gap. Block-level coordination is the layer aggregators don’t have. We built it because no one else built it for our zip codes.
How we work
Institutional capital. Local execution.
The Battery Service Agreement is our delivery model. Our edge controllers are the infrastructure. Our DERMS platform is the market interface.
That vertical integration is what lets us hold quality high and costs predictable. It also lets us compensate residents and commercial hosts directly, rather than passing fragmented value through three layers of intermediaries.
